In order to accommodate specific needs or dietary or medical restrictions, we ask that you inform us of your dietary preferences, allergies, and intolerances in advance.
Review Period
After receiving confirmation via email or another means of communication, the customer has a maximum of 48 hours to provide feedback. If no feedback is provided within this period or if the customer has already begun to enjoy the contracted services, the services shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer.
Modifications and Changes to Services
The company reserves the right to make modifications to the services offered, including changes to itineraries, schedules, and providers, whenever necessary due to weather, operational, or force majeure reasons. In the event of significant changes, the agency will inform the client and seek acceptable alternatives.
Requirements for Foreign Nationals
Foreign passengers not residing in Peru must submit a copy of their immigration stamp showing the date of entry into the country. This date must not exceed the limit established by current regulations (59 days) for exemption from VAT payment. Otherwise, VAT will be applied to the total value of the contracted service. The reservation confirmation will be sent via email along with the reservation code.
Customer Documentation and Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the necessary documentation for the trip, including passports, visas, and any other entry or exit requirements. The agency is not responsible for any issues arising from the customer’s failure to provide adequate documentation.
Identification Documentation
All passengers must carry a valid passport or identity document corresponding to their nationality, in accordance with the legal regulations of Peru. Families traveling with children must carry the original passport or national ID card. If traveling with a guardian, a notarized permission with parental authorization is required. Failure to provide this documentation at the time of service will result in the service not being provided and a penalty of 100% of the cost.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that customers purchase adequate travel insurance that covers contingencies such as cancellations, lost luggage, accidents, and medical emergencies during the trip. The agency can offer additional insurance options based on the customer’s needs
Payment for Contracted Services
Service reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A deposit is required to guarantee the reservation, and the remaining balance must be paid as specified in the agreement between the agency and the client. It is the client’s responsibility to make the deposit or pay the balance for the contracted service within the deadlines established by Inca World Peru. In case of non-compliance, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation without the option of a refund.
Confirmation of Services
Confirmation of services will be provided once the online reservation request and the corresponding deposit or full payment have been received within the established deadlines.
Commencement of Tourist Services
The passenger will be contacted by the Tour Operator at the destination and must present their passport or identity document. Payment of the remaining balance, if any, must be made at that time to commence the provision of tourist services. Inca World Peru will provide the customer with the contact information of the person in charge or assigned guide prior to the start of any contracted tour activity. Additionally, if the passenger requires pickup at a specific location other than the one specified in the itinerary, they must coordinate this in advance with Inca World Peru to review possible additional charges.
Travel Information
It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide details of their arrival and departure well in advance, as well as any other information relevant to the conduct of the tour activities (allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, etc.)
Admission Tickets
All admission ticket reservations are personal, non-transferable, non-endorsable, and non-refundable.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the specific policies of each service provider and may be subject to fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with each provider’s cancellation policies and are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Claims and Complaints
Any claim or complaint related to the services provided must be reported to the travel agency in a timely manner during the trip, so that appropriate corrective measures can be taken. The agency will strive to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
