Detailed Itinerary: Day by Day
Day 1:
Main Plaza of Ica - Huacachina - Cachiche Town
Hotel pickup at 11:30 am in our tourist bus. Our first stop will be a guided visit to Ica’s Main Square, where we will admire the old colonial mansions located around the plaza.
Afterward, we will head to Huacachina, an oasis located in the middle of the sandy desert. In this place, all kinds of adventure sports on the sand take place.
Finally, we will visit Cachiche, a village known because witches were said to have lived there in the past. Our guide will tell us the story of the famous witch known as “La Doctora Corazón”, and we will see the monument dedicated to her. We will also visit the famous Seven-Headed Palm Tree.
We will then visit a winery, where our guide will explain the process of producing the traditional spirit Pisco (aguardiente). We will enjoy a tasting of the different products made at the winery, and you will have the option to purchase some bottles of Pisco if you wish.
